Non-residential buildings over 25,000 square feet are required to track energy and water consumption using the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool. The City will publish energy and water performance metrics for eligible buildings on a publicly available online database, and the seller or lessor of any eligible building, upon request, must provide prospective purchasers or lessees with a copy of the building’s most recent Statement of Energy Performance.
